Objective: this experiment in the use of frequency, decision tree and neural network, and many of mathematical statistics from coronary heart disease syndrome elements, analyzing the pathological basis set stasis, the stasis of coronary heart disease characteristics, the dynamic evolution of coronary heart disease pathogenesis law ,may raise the clinical significance of treatment of the dialectical method for the medical treatment of this disease to provide a scientific basis, will help reflect the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease ,and for the future of Chinese medicine treatment and research of major diseases, clinical for reference.Materials and methods: according to national stardards ,access to literature , for expert advice , from the modern psychometric theory and the introduction of structured dicision-making ,application scale study method ,and using the Delphi method ,developed coronary syndrome elements, syndrome features, Syndrome pathogenesis of clinical expert questionnaire, its reliability, validity of the evaluation after good of the country northeast , north ,northweat , southeast , southwest ,south china six regions, a total of 41 hospitals in the questionnaire emphasized charles ,1218 were eligible questionnaires were collected using of input , the final elements of the establishment of coronary heart disease syndromes, symptom characteristics ,symptom pathogenesis of clinical experts three-dimensional structure of questionnaire relational database ,using the sas statistical analysis software, the use of frequency ,decision trees and neural networks and other mathematical statistical methods for statistical analysis.Result:1.the symptoms of coronary heart disease factors in the four stages of frequency results :kidney deficiency syndrome factor in the four stages (early onset ,exacerbation, remission, recovery) of the frequency distribution were as follows:49%,89%,78%,49%.that early onset and exacerbation and remission frequency was gradually increased to the overall balance showed a decline in recovery, indicating changes from prosperity to decline disease trends.2.elements of the symptoms of coronary heart disease syndromes confirms results :kidney deficiency syndrome elements and the early onset of qi and yin deficiency, qi stagnation and mind-incrimination, the onset of weak evidence of heart yang ,cold coagulation xinmaitong card stasis yang micro card , heart card stagnation of qi in the remission of heart and lung qi deficiency ,liver and spleen does not transfer card ,heart deficiency ,qi deficiency of heart in the recovery ,qi and yin deficiency ,yang deficiency and qi stagnation in the frequency distributions of between 10.76%-64.50%;instead ,each of the syndrome in kidney deficiency syndrome factor in the frequency distributions of 18.39%-96.45%,respectively ,that early onset and exacerbation and remission frequency was gradually increased to the overall balance showed a decline in recovery , indicating changes from prosperity to decline disease trends.3.tree result show that elements of the symptoms of coronary heart disease kidney virtual four phases of coronary heart disease (early onset ,exacerbation, remission ,recovery) of the judge rules by neural network training is forecast more consistent results,regardless of is the training set or validation set ,the correct rate of assessment set up a 76%-89%, respectively.Conclusion:1,questionnaire development, the guidance of the basic theory of Chinese medicine , combined with features of coronary heart disease , noted in the state has promulgated standards, access to a large number of ancient and modern literature expert advice ,from the introduction of modern psychometric theory of structured decision–making, will be shown by coronary syndrome characteristics as study , to establish symptom index system ,this concept and design elements of coronary heart disease syndrome, syndrome and syndrome characteristics of pathogenesis of clinical experts questionnaire .2,questionnaire survey .using the Delphi method to re-revised and improved the structure and content of the questionnaire, using evidence-based medicine and clinical epidemiology survey methods, its reliability Validity , excellen, easy to implement. 3,syndrome factor , frequency distribution analysis showed that elements of the symptoms of coronary heart disease ,including kidney deficiency, early onset and exacerbation and remission frequency gradually increased to the overall balance showed a downward trend in recovery , decision tree and neural network elements of this syndrome has played an important role.4,symptoms of distribution . questionnaire on coronary heart disease frequency distribution of all variables using the statistical method of drawing the four-stage frequency distribution histogram of all the entries ,and the use of Chinese medicine pathogenesis theory ,analysis of each variable in each period of dynamic change ,the results showed that most variable exists from the early onset of the concentration of sicker ,to the humorous by the ease of recovery of variable diminishing light level gradually; the changes in line with clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease ,coronary heart disease syndromes characteristic for the induction and evolution provides a theoretical law and data base support .
