| Purpose:congestive heart failure(CHF) is common and crisis disease and is the main complication and finnal symmptom of varies heart disease and its occurant rate become higher.This research aim at observing the effect of Replenishing qi and Activating blood Formula(RAF) on the level of rats brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and debeting the mechanism of it to treat the CHF and provide scient experimental evidence in clinical application.Material and methord:select 50 healthy SD normal male rats weight at 180～200g lot 8 as normal group and the remainer tighting the coronal artery produce model.After producing model,normal breed 1 week,reduce the food to 1/2 at the second week and starving swimming them to tired for 4 weeks. Examming the LVEF and calculating CI,rat with CI≤180ml/min/kg is the left heart failure and their weight decrease,spirit obsurd and lost bright of fur as observe objection.Separating the rats as 3 groups,Chinese medicine group,modern medicine group,and model group, 8 for each group.Normal group and model group are not given medicine only food and water. Chinese medicine group are given RAF and modern medicine group are given lisinopril for 6 weeks .Killing all the rats and absorb 4ml blood .Examming the BNP with ELISA.Result :1 comparing with the normal group in BNP level model group increase and has significance in characteristics.2 comparing with the model group in BNP level treatment group decrease and has significance in characteristics.3 comparing between treatment groups it does not have significance in characteristics.Conclution: 1 the model of CHF in experiment could be duplicated by tighting coronary artery and it has the similar pathological development with human in CHF and remodeling of ventricle and could apply for research of CHF.2 RAF could reduce the BNP level,and prevent the development of CHF and refine the heart function has the sinilar effect with modern medicine and this is the mechanism to prevent and treat CHF... |
