Objective To analysis the cause,clinical classification of drug induced liver injury. Methods To analysis the retrieval documentary data of drug induced liver injury using statistics method. Results In China,the most common hepatic injury type was hepatocyte injury,the most common types of drugs which caused drug induced liver injury were traditional Chinese medicine,anti-tuberculosis drugs and antibiotic.Conclusion It is necessary to educate and guide the patients to take medicine complying with doctor's advice.The medical staffs have to pay more attention to the patients who take traditional Chinese medicine,as liver injury caused by traditional Chinese medicine is increasing.
