Objective:Make a preliminary exploratory research for the symptoms, the TCM syndromes, tongue manifestation and pulse condition in pulmonary thromboembolism patients.And try to investigate the vascular occlusive conditions, intervention treatment, prognosis of the deep vein thrombosis patients. Make preparations for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism in TCM.Methods:Use the retrospective study methods, collect the symptoms of material, the TCM syndrome, tongue manifestation, pulse condition, treatment, the end outcomes and so on. Those informations are summarized and statistical analysis.Results:In the first clinical symptoms of PTE, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties are the most common symptoms. The patients that with the syndrome of chest tightness, chest pain and limbswelling are also many. Not all pulmonary embolism patients had elevated D-dimer exists, most patients reduced P02, there are some patients reduced PC02. "Qi" deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm is a main Syndromes disease in patients of PTE, accounting for 40%of all patients, while Qi phlegm, blood stasis, phlegm are each 20%and 15%, indicating that qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm is a PTE of the three main elements of TCM. The tongue manifestation is mainly blood stasis syndrome in PTE patients, the performance of fur is mainly phlegm. The patients's deep vein thrombosis mainly embolized in the popliteal vein, followed by superficial femoral vein. The TCM syndrome most like to be the types of fluid-blood stasis. The tongue manifestation and pulse condition also reflects that the blood stasis and fluid in the pathogenesis of this disease may play an important role. At the re-ending March 1,2010, there is no patients developed to PTE.
