Hepatitis B Virus Associated Glomerulonephritis Tcm Syndrome

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is an important worldwide healty problem.Glomerulonephritis caused by HBV has taken the scholars'attention all over the world.Chinese scholars have done a large number of useful research on HBV-GN.This research collected 38 confirmed cases of HBV-GN,analysed the feature of the TCM syndrome, Through the study, we hope to grasp the basic rules of HBV-GN, then to guide clinical therapy.This article is divided into two parts, the first part is review, divided into two summaries, first is " HBV-GN Chinese medicine Pharmacy Research Progresses" bases on the theory of "liver and kidney are homologous ",the second is " HBV-GN Modern Medical research Progresses" reviewes the epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathology, treatment, prognosis etc,has concluded a summary for modern medicine researches.The second part of clinical research, observed 38 cases diagnosed by renal biopsy. According to "Chinese New Medicine Treatment of Chronic Nephritis Clinical Research Guiding Principle in 2002",divided the cases into different syndromes. Observed the sex, age, past history, symptoms, tongue and pulse and other characteristics of TCM syndromes,.According to the review, we divide the cases into yin deficiency of liver and kidney and non-yin deficiency of liver and kidney groups,and damp-heat and non-damp-heat groups, to study the correlation with clinical factors by statistical software.The results showes that 71.1% of the patients are males between 20-49 years old .36.8% of patients have a history of hepatitis, nephrotic syndrome is the major kidney damage ,takes 76.3%. blood pressure, renal function was almost normal.Negative serum HBV markers accounted for 34.2%, HBV-DNA negative group and positive group has no significant difference in pathological points .Liver and kidney difficiention are the most common deficiency syndrome;Branch excess are mainly damp-heat.The yin deficiency of liver and kidney combines with damp-heat are in the highest rate. The C3 of yindeficiency of liver and kidney patients is obviously less than the other group,reflecting that renal immunal response significantly.We hope this study will provide gist for diagnoses of HBV-GN and help to guide the clinical diagnoses and therapy.
