Objective:To observe and analyze the secondary spatter bloodstain morphological characteristics, formation mechanism and its relationship with patterns of behavior, and to investigate the identification of low-position impact spatter bloodstain and the bloodstain created by head and that of the practical applications. To analysis the scope,morphology and distribution of bloodstains so as to ascertain the bleeding type and behavior mechanisms in the cases.Meterial and method:Material:Select the three (glass flooring, terrazzo and wood floors) texture of the ground as a carrier to establish the indoor environment of the scene. Experimental blood:Take the blood of body that is dead within 12h, sex random.(1) Free-falling blood droplet (0.05ml×200) fell in the surface of wooden floor, terrazzo and glass flooring respectively, blood dripping pitch vertical plane were 6cm, dripping a high degree of from 10cm to 160cm, every 10cm interval each experiment repeated 5 times. Observed the stain pattern on both horizontal and vertical surface created by secondary spatter bloodstain, and record, photographed.(2) Free-falling large volumes of bloods (10ml) fell in the surface of wooden floor, terrazzo and glass flooring respectively, blood dripping pitch vertical plane were 6cm, dripping a high degree of from 10cm to 160cm, every 10cm interval each experiment repeated 5 times. Observed the stain pattern on both horizontal and vertical surface created by secondary spatter bloodstain, and record, photographed.(3) Building indoor environment of the scene, using a common blunt use of low-impact way to combat and head, copy the site spatter bloodstain pattern distribution model.(4) Analyze the data using statistical software SSPS 16.0, and look for the relationship between the disribution, blood-dripping height, blood volume, methods and carrier, and calculate the formed angle of second spatter bloodstain. Result:(1) The vertical height which there satellite spatters will achieve depends on the surface texture being impact, volume of blood impacting the surface, dropping height of the surface which was located.(2) When the impact site and vertical surface are on the same plane, the maximum height the satellite spatters will attain will always be less than the height from which the blood fell.(3) Second spatter bloodstain and head-impact bloodstain both form the inverted trianglar blank area, and low-position hitting bloodstain on the vertical surface is non-distribution of this pattern.(4) Experiment proves that when the blood dripping height higher than 20cm, the inverted triangular blank area distribution will be formed gradually inverted triangle bottom corner size is inversely proportional to the height of 100cm or less, more than 100cm height, the angle is no longer with the drop of blood dripping increased height varies, but tends to a relatively stable state.Conclusion:According to the characteristics of secondary spatter bloodstain, we can identify the type of bloodstain pattern, the interpretation of the bloodstain patterns on a person's clothing might provide vital evidence that will be used to corroborate or refute that suspect's statement concerning their involvement during a criminal occurrence.
