Pulmonary infection is one of the common infectious diseases, the common complications such as hypoxemia, are common in critical respiratory disease, can exacerbate illness, extended course of disease, increased mortality, thus increasing the financial burden of social or personal.In this study of patients with lung infection and blood stasis Syndrome features, points of differentiation for the purpose of, first, with complications such as pulmonary infection and the clinical features such as hypoxemia and previous lung infection and evidence of Chinese medicine blood stasis Treatment of studies were reviewed and summarized previous clinical experience and literature based on the preliminarily determined evidence of pulmonary infection and a common blood stasis SyndromeSecondly, according to the relevant standards of clinical observation of the table, collected 165 cases of lung infections, collecting epidemiological data, clinical features were recorded and the tongue and pulse, according to TCM diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome differentiation, comparison statistics and analysis evidence of lung infection and the occurrence of blood stasis syndrome of the probability and characteristics, and further evidence of lung infection and the occurrence of blood stasis and Chinese master card and the correlation between the physical and chemical indicators.Clinical symptoms, the results show that symptoms and signs:about 60.6% of patients with pulmonary infection there is no blood stasis and permit a higher incidence of blood stasis. Blood and evidence of pulmonary infection is decreased in the organs function, on the basis of lung spleen and kidney deficiency, or induced by exogenous pathogens, endogenous phlegm obstruct blood stasis is made to run, no power can be generated by catalytic deficiency. In addition, the pulmonary infection is associated with blood stasis and blood stasis syndrome and cards with and without the incidence of hypoxemia in patients with no significant difference, indicating that patients with lung infection common to the performance of blood stasis syndrome, the incidence rate of high, but its formation and change may not significantly associated with hypoxemia.
