Objectives:The ADAM33 gene mapping in 20 chromosome short arm 20p13, belongs to the ADAM gene ultra family. Through the gene chip research discovery, ADAM33 mainly in the brain organization, the spinal cord, the lung organization, the placenta, the spleen and the vein expresses, expresses the level in other organizations to be low. The model group expresses the level to be higher than the control group obviously, has statistics significance;part two: In 20 example AECOPD patient venous blood, ADAM33 mRNA the expression masculine gender 19 examples, the masculine gender rate is 95%, expression level for (0.9185±0.25); in 10 example COPD remission patient venous blood, ADAM33 the mRNA expression masculine gender7 examples, the masculine gender rate is 70%, expression level for (0.58420±0.20); in 20 example normal person venous blood, ADAM33 the mRNA expression masculine gender 6 examples, the masculine gender rate is 30%, expression level for (0.3486±0.14). The COPD masculine gender expression rate and the expression level are higher than obviously illuminate the group normally, has statistics significance. COPD acute aggravation time ADAM33 the mRNA masculine gender expression rate and expresses the water to be higher than the stabilization period equally, has statistics significance.
