Objective:1.to observe the clinical efficiency of cardiodynia-easy pallet on tracting coronary heart disease angina pectoris(the syndrome of heart blood stasis) 2.to study the mechanism of cardiodynia easy pallet on treating coronary heart disease(the syndrome of heart blood stasis)Methord:Based on the etiopathagenisis of CHD,60 case of pacients with CHD(the syndrome of heart blood stasis)were selected and diviend into two groups randomly(taeatment group and control group),and treated with cardiodynia -easy pallets and danshen root dripping pills respectively.It was designed to observe the changes of every target.results:1.In syndrome of TCM,the total effective rates of treatment group a(n|¨)d control group were 86.7%and 63.3% respectively,there was staististical different between the two groups (p＜0.05).2.In ECG,the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 80.0%and 53.3 respectively,there was statistical different between the two groups(p＜0.05).The significantly effective rate of treatment group surpassed that of control group.3.In bloodfat.,the improvement of bloodfat targets in treatment group,especially of TG and HDL-C were better than that in concol group.The diffent groups was statistical significance(p＜0.05).4.In the couse of treatment,no adverse reaction was been found. Conclusions:The curative effect of cardiodynia easy pallet on treating CHD is certain,cardiodynia easy pallet can relieve the frequency of chest pain obviously,decurtate the persistence time of chest pain,decrease the quantity and frequency of Nitroglycerin to hold in the mouth,improve the syndrome of chest distress taltitation,short breath,stontaneous perspiration,sleepness.Cardiodynia easy pallet is a effective prescription to patient with CHD(the syndrome of heart blood stasis).
