| Objective: To observe the influence of electro-acupuncture at Shu-point of five Zang-organ of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) classic animal model of one acute allergic neuritis (EAN) in rabbits lymphocyte transformation expression levels to explore the lymphatic cell transformation functions of the pathogenesis of EAN at the role of electricity in order to reveal the five internal organs by needle bladder EAN treatment efficacy mechanism for"governing Flaccidity given the bladder by the five Zang-organ"theory to provide experimental basis.Methods: The internationally recognized animal model of immune P2.12m1 extracted from cow myelin basic protein(MBP )with the contour of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA),the full mixture of the two multi-point injection of rabbit back skin,the immune rabbit animal model of EAN Preparation. 80 shared experimental rabbits,one of 20 normal,healthy rabbits for the blank control group,another successful model from 60 EAN rabbits were randomly divided into model group,EA group, immunoglobulin group,20 in each group. Electro-acupuncture group were given electro-acupuncture treatment of the bladder by the five Zang-organ; immune globulin group rabbit immunoglobulin 400mg /(kg.d) intravenous treatment. Respectively after onset of the first 7 days and 14 days for each group based on experimental animals,the application of electron microscopy of peripheral nerve pathological changes in ultrastructure;using MTT colorimetric assay rabbit spleen lymphocyte transformation .Results: 1. Electron microscopy of rabbit sciatic nerve model group for the major pathological manifestations of myelin swelling and demyelination. Mitochondrial swelling, Schwann cell nuclear pyknosis, cytoplasmic matrix cavitation,cell swelling. After treatment, the electro-acupuncture group and the immune globulin group demyelination situation have markedly improved, and the clarity of lamellar myelin enhanced. Thick nerve fibers in the normal structure of mitochondria of individual swollen Schwann cell swelling reduced the basic restoration of cell morphology. There is a new small myelinated nerve fibers generated. 2. EAN rabbit bladder by electro-acupuncture treatment by the five Zang-organ,OD value of lymphocyte transformation of its expression level decreased at day 14 after treatment of electro-acupuncture group OD value of lymphocyte transformation was significantly lower than the model(P<0.01),and immunoglobulin group compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion: Needle bladder by electric organs of EAN rabbits lymphocyte transformation function has significantly inhibited,suggesting that electric needle bladder can be inhibited by the five Zang-organ T cell-mediated immune function. |
