Purpose: Experimental study of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on cisplatin rabbit gastrointestinal hormones and PCNA expression, so as to explore Banxiaxiexin Decoction treatment with cisplatin resulted in the digestive tract of rabbits reaction mechanism.Method: Application of cisplatin injury in rabbit model led to the digestive tract. Treatment group given Banxiaxiexin soup, ondansetron hydrochloride tablets (Granisetron) ig, and the model group administered only saline. Detect indicators: Rabbit body weight changes, pathological changes of gastrointestinal mucosa (HE staining of stomach, jejunum HE staining), EGF Radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemical determination of PCNA.Result: Banxiaxiexin Decoction can improve the consumption of cisplatin in rabbits so that weight gain; improve gastrointestinal mucosal injury, and improve the content of EGF enhance the expression of PCNA-positive rate.Conclusion: Application of DDP can be set up rabbit model of response to chemotherapy in the digestive tract. Banxiaxiexin Decoction of DDP chemotherapy-induced reaction has attenuated the role of the digestive tract, its mechanism and the protection of gastrointestinal mucosa, an increase of epidermal growth factor EGF content, enhance the expression rate of PCNA-positive.
