Purpose: To establish an quality evaluation pattern which is based on grey recognition,asfour drugs of Scorpio Centipede Ground Beetle Bombyx Batryticatus for.examples, according to the result of grey incidence degree to establish a system which are used to evaluate the quality of the animals drugs which are based on the contents of nucleoside polyamines phospholipids polysaccharide albumin; Mean while to set up the regression equation to simplify the the control target.Material and method:1 Material: Four kinds of animal ingredients of Scorpio, Centipede, Ground Beetle, Bombyx Batryticatus which purchased from Nanjing, Beijing, Shenyang and other 10 areas.2 Method2.1 To mark the main components of the herbs and content of harmful elements.2.1.1 To mark the five main components of four drugs.①Nucleoside and polyamines are marked by high performance liquid chromatography.②Phospholipid poylsaccharide protein are marked by UV Spectrophotometry with phenol - sulfuric acid molybdenum blue reagent Coomassie brilliant blue.2.1.2 Using of microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to determine the content of harmful elements: Cu Cd Pb Hg As which are included in four drugs.2.2 To establish the gray correlation degree evaluation model data sets: According to the results of the main components in four drugs.The grey incidence degree pattern is used to determine the average indicator of {Xk}, the best and {Xsk}the worst {Xtk}.2.3 To establish the quality assessment with gray incidence degree and quality evaluation model: According to the requirements of gray incidence degree to deal with the dates.Meanwhile to get the best coefficient of incidence:ξk(s)i the worst coefficient ofincidence:ξk(t)i, the best incidence degree ri(s), the worst incidence degree ri(t),relative incidence degree ri, as follows: ①The best coefficient of incidence :②The worst coefficient of incidence:③The best incidence degree:④The worst incidence degree:⑤Relative incidence degree riThe construction of the grey pattern recognition according to definition of relative incidence degree of the same drugs from different aeras are marked by the date of relative incidence degree: ri.2.4 To establish the relationship multi-equation between the principal component of the four medicines.According to the characteristics of animal ingredients (used after decoction with water-soluble), so the nucleoside composition as the dependent variable, the other 4 components as variables using multiple regression of analytical methods,to establish multi-equation between nucleoside of the four kinds of medicinal herbs and fout other components. Result1 The results of five principal components:the content of nucleoside, polyamines phospholipids polysaccharide protein from 4 kinds of medicine products are different.2 The content of harmful elements (Cu Cd Pb Hg As) are lower than the 2005 version of the current People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia Standard limits with the exception of content of Cd Cu in Scorpio.3 The medicinal quality evaluation with grey incidence degree results: Acording to the data of relative incidence degree rj.The sort the quality of medicinal products in the following table:4 The results of canonical correlation analysis: the multi-equation of four drugs as follows:Scorpio:Y=0.4494X1+13.03X2+96.91X3-0.064X4-127.7Centipede:Y=0.154X1+77.04X2-188.4X3-0.258X4+757.0Ground Beetle:Y=0.029X1-5.064X2-0.219X3+0.006X4+14.62Bombyx Batryticatus:Y=1.271X1+68.80X2-5.063X3+0.010X4-240.9(Y: nucleoside,X1:phospholipid,X2: poylsaccharide,X3: polyamines,X4:protein)The results showed that: Scorpio herbs,the total nucleoside content, the total phospholipids, total polysaccharide, the total polyamine content were positively correlated; and total protein content was negatively correlated; Centipede herbs,for the total nucleoside content ,and total phospholipids, the total polysaccharide content were positively correlated; and total polyamine, the total protein content were negatively correlate. Ground Beetle for nucleoside content ,the total phospholipids and total, total protein content were positively correlated;And total polysaccharide,the total polyamine content were negatively correlated. Bombyx Batryticatus for the total nucleoside content the total phospholipids total polysaccharide total protein content were positively correlated; At the same time the total polyamine content was negatively correlated.Conclusion1 The five main content of nucleoside, polyamines,the total phospholipid, the total polysaccharide, the total protein of four kinds of animal drugs can be used as quality indicators for the evaluation and control.2 The content of harmful elements (Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, As) are lower than the 2005 version of the current People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia Standard limits with the exception ofcontent of Cd, Cu in Scorpio,which shows that the four drugs are saft.3 The grey pattern recognition model measured by relative incidence degree ri can be used to control the quality of four kinds of animal drugs.4 The simple quality indicators of four kinds of animal drugs are:①Scorpio: the total nucleoside,the total protein;②Centipede: the total nucleoside,the polyamines, the total protein;③Ground Beetle: the total nucleoside ,the total polysaccharides,the polyamines;④Bombyx Batryticatus: the total nucleoside,the polyamines.
