Purpose: Through pharmacodynamics experiment, research sodium selenite and salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution about anti-thrombus aspect function.Material and method:To use the method of orthogonal design to inspect the influence about medicine on thrombus formation to the vena cava inferior ligation method,the determination gives the medicine dosage combination best. Through definite carries on best for the medicine dosage combination for the medicine,observation the medicine group respective influence to the rat on TT PT APTT FIB, and Medicine to rat platelet count influence;Simultaneously inspects gives the medicine group respectively about the influence on the mouse of the hemorrhage time influence and the coagulation time. Observation the influence about medicine on thrombus formation to the vena cava inferior ligation method. Through experimental technique which forms to the rabbit arteria carotis communis thrombus formation, inspectation each group of medicines the influence which forms to the rabbit arteria carotis communis thrombus formation. Observation medicine sends the protective function to the collagen protein-adrenalin which mouse hemiparalysis tests.Results:1. Sodium selenite and salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution best dosage combination:Sodium selenite high dose (1mg/kg) and salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution middle dosage(3. 75g crude drug/kg).2. The sodium selenite and the salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution union use may the obvious extension of time on the rat TT PT APTT, reduce the content on FIB, reduction platelet count (P<0.01) ;may lengthen mouse's hemorrhage time, the coagulation time.3. The sodium selenite and the salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution union use may reduce the rat' s vena cava inferior ligation to form the thrombus the weight (P<0. 05), obviously reduces the weight which the domestic rabbit arteria carotis communis thrombus forms (P<0. 01) .4. The sodium selenite and the salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution union use may send the mouse hemiparalysis experiment to the collogen protein-adrenalin to have the protective function, the result has the significance difference (P<0. 05).Conclusion: The sodium selenite and the salvia miltiorrhiza parenteral solution come in handy have the better anti-thrombus function.
