Ea "off" Point Of Cellular Signal Transduction Pathways In Rats With Hemorrhagic Hypotension Myocardial Camp-pka

Purpose: By acupuncturing as the factor for the imposition, using in G protein signal transduction pathway as experimental indicators, acupunct "Neiguan" to treat the hemorrhagic hypotension rats to get the content of cAMP and PKA by Western blotting. With these factors to discuss the mechanism of acupuncturing "Neiguan" to adjust the blood pressure and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Material and method: Forty male Wistar rats weighing 150～200g were randomlydivided into four groups, with 10 cases in each group. The normal group, the hypotension model group, the hypotension model + needling "Neiguan" group, the hypotension model + needling anywhere but points and Channels group. Except the normal group, the other rates were made into the hemorrhage hypotension models. Method: Took off the rate's eyeball, got 2ml blood. If its blood pressure went down about 30mmHg, it's done. The hypotension model group, after the models were done, did not do the needle. The hypotension model + needling "Neiguan" group, after the models were done, needled "Neiguan" on both sides. The hypotension model + needling anywhere but points and Channels group, after the models were done, needled anywhere but points and Channels.Results:1. Taking 3-4ml blood by takinng off the rates' eyeball can bring down 30mmHg blood preesure. Copy the hemorrhagic hypotension rates model.2. Blood pressure and the content of cAMP,PKA in the model group is lower than the normal group. (p<0. 05)3. After acupuncture "Neiguan" , the blood pressure of rates and the content of cAMP and PKA go high a little. There is statistical significance comparing with the model group. (P<0. 05)4. After needling anywhere but points and Channels, the blood pressure of rates go high a little. There is no statistical significance comparing with the model group. (P>0.05)Conclusion:1. Needling " Neiguan " can make the blood pressure of the hemorrhagic hypotension rats tend or return to normal.2. The content of cAMP and PKA in the model group goes down.3. There is close relationship between meridian information channel of regulation blood pressure of hemorrhagic hypotension by electro- acupuncture"Neiguan" points and the cAMP-PKA signal transduction;4. There was not obvious therapeutic effect in acupuncture "non-points" group rats.
