Purpose: To investigate the effects of the traditional complex prescription Ruanjianxiaoying decoction in treatment of the EAT mice through the TGAb,TPOAb,Thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH) and the pathomorphology change of the thyroid gland under the light microscope . Inquire into the mechanism of the Ruanjianxiaoying decoction's effects in the treatment of the AIT.Material and method:First divide the experimental mice into two group: normal group and model group. To get the EAT model by the injection to the mice with Tg and CFA for the first two weeks. Then inject to the mice with Tg and IFA for the next three weeks to strengthen the immune. Meanwhile, feed the EAT mice with high iodine water(l liter water add to 1.5μg NaI). Then all the model mice were divided into three groups randomly. They were Ruanjianxiaoying decoction treatment group, Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum treatment group and EAT group. After 60 days treatment with Ruanjianxiaoying decoction: (1) Analysis the TGAb,TPOAb,FT3,FT4,TSH by ELISA. (2) Survey the pathomorphology change of the thyroid gland under the light microscope. ( 3 ) Compare the results between every groups by SPSS.Results:1. The level of the TGAb and TPOAb of the Ruanjianxiaoying decoction treatment group were significantly lower than that of the EAT group. The pathomorphology change of the thyroid gland under the light microscope were better than that of the EAT group.2. The level of the TGAb,TPOAb of the Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum treatment group had disparities with that of the EAT group' s (p<0.01 ) . The pathomorphology change of the thyroid gland under the light microscope were better than that of the EAT group.3. The difference between Ruanjianxiaoying decoction treatment group and Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorura treatment group are not obviously to observe.Conclusion:1. Ruanjianxiaoying decoction and Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum treatment group have the function of lowering the TGAb and TPOAb of the mice.2. Ruanjianxiaoying decoction and Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum treatment group have the function of relieving or recorering the structure and function of the damaged thyroid gland. |
