Hazard Characteristics And Prevention Of Drug Dust Control

The purpose of this paper is to analysis the hazard of pharmaceutical dust, and point out that the poison of drug is the key aspect to occupational health. After analysis the current management & supervision situation of pharmaceutical dust, the precaution & control measure of pharmaceutical dust is worked out.Through the case of pharmaceutical dust hazard, it is indicate that the poison is the main hazard to occupational health. At present, there is no any standard about pharmaceutical dust to be respected by government & company. In order to precaution & control the hazard of pharmaceutical dust, pharmaceutical dust hazard degree model is the solution. Each degree indicate the special hazard (poison) of that level pharmaceutical dust. Then the pharmaceutical company will take different engineering control measure to pharmaceutical dust according to the hazard degree. In order to improve the supervision level of government, the solution of the legislation of pharmaceutical dust is to be researched.The conclusion of this paper:1. Pharmaceutical dust is not only has normal dust hazard, but also have poison. And the poison is main aspect to occupational health.2. Although there are thousand of drug in the market and still have new drug come out. Pharmaceutical dust hazard degree model is the effective way to solve the current problem that there is no pharmaceutical dust analysis standard and occupational exposure standard.3. Base on the dust control measure and pharmaceutical industry situation, the effective way to control pharmaceutical dust hazard is to take engineering & management control measure according to different hazard degree. This is the root way to protect occupational health of pharmaceutical company workers.
