One or 2-3 kinds of methods can be selected to implement at the same time, according to different situations.When the ultrasonic radiation effects in the body, it can cause a variety of reactions to the body to cure the disease thanks for the caused biological effects. We call this ultrasound therapy. Ultrasonic instrument for cervical spondylosis is the instrument to cure the cervical spondylosis using the biological effects of ultrasound. In this paper, ultrasonic probe is supposed to be produced and the biological effects of ultrasound is supposed to be detected. It needs matching layer between the piezoelectric conversion and the human tissues because there is a great difference in acoustic impedance between them. In this paper, experimental study is supposed to be researched about the matching layer and its acoustic impedance of ultrasound is also supposed to be measured, based on which the ultrasound probe is produced on our own. Ultrasound can cause biological effects to the body, so that human tissues have a certain temperature rise, this article use a kind of temperature sensors (DS18B20) to detect the body temperature to illustrate the role of ultrasound treatment.
