Cervical spondylosis, which is also called cervical syndrome, is a kind of disease caused by cervical osteoarthropathy or (and) cervical spinal lesions both inside and outside the soft tissue. Cervical spondylosis is common and frequently-occurring in the elderly, but the incidence of cervical disease in the youth is also very high because of the tremendous pressure such as study and work. Cervical spondylosis is increasing more and more especially for those who takes office and those white-collars. It shows a trend of younger age which has caused a lot of scientists and even ordinary people general begin to concern it.Cervical spondylosis is a kind of syndrome, its symptoms is different because of the difference between the lesions and the site, which causes much trouble for diagnoses and treatment. Cervical spondylosis has the character of high incidence, long treatment time, and it is easy to relapse. Cervical spondylosis not only afflicts the sufferers, but also causes heavy financial burden for the family and the society. Cervical spondylosis is one of the common diseases endangering human health. The treatment of cervical spondylosis includes surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment. For now most of the medical experts take the point of non-surgical treatment, only a small number cases need surgical treatment. Non- surgical treatments include mainly massage therapy practices, cervical traction therapy, medication, infrared, electrical pulses, ultrasound therapy, and so on. One or 2-3 kinds of methods can be selected to implement at the same time, according to different situations. When the ultrasonic radiation effects in the body, it can cause a variety of reactions to the body to cure the disease thanks for the caused biological effects. We call this ultrasound therapy. Ultrasonic instrument for cervical spondylosis is the instrument to cure the cervical spondylosis using the biological effects of ultrasound. In this paper, ultrasonic probe is supposed to be produced and the biological effects of ultrasound is supposed to be detected. It needs matching layer between the piezoelectric conversion and the human tissues because there is a great difference in acoustic impedance between them. In this paper, experimental study is supposed to be researched about the matching layer and its acoustic impedance of ultrasound is also supposed to be measured, based on which the ultrasound probe is produced on our own. Ultrasound can cause biological effects to the body, so that human tissues have a certain temperature rise, this article use a kind of temperature sensors (DS18B20) to detect the body temperature to illustrate the role of ultrasound treatment.
