| Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae belongs to the Liliaceous family,which is the dried tuber of Heterosmilax japonica Kunth,Heterosmilax yunnanensis Gagnep.It has the effects of clearing heat,detoxification and so on.Purposes of this thesis are to research the active constituents of Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae and establish the basis for exploring and utilizing it for the future.Mainly focusing on the following studies:1.A comprehensive evaluation of the chemical composition of Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae,pharmacological effects and clinical research applications,Focused on the chemical composition and application of Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae,Especially describing the differentiation between Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae and Smilax glabra Roxb.For the latter part of the development of viable research programme to identity and study the starting point indicators and research work has laid a solid foundation.2.Review the chicken chorioallantoic member(CAM) model in drug inhibiting angiogenesis research the application time of the drug into the choice of CAM micro-vascular changes in the quantitative study were introduced.CAM angiogenesis future research will focus on finding CAM angiogenesis inhabition method to control tumor growth and metastasis.3.Confirming the optimal extractive technics.By means of extraction,various chromatographic techniques and preparation chromatography techniques, Resveratrol was isolated and identified with UV,IR,NMR,MS data and physical-chemical properties.4.Applied chicken chorioalantoic membrane(CAM) model,Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae condensed 95%alcohol extract powder dry paste,the different parts of Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae purified through AB-8 macroporous resin,the mixture of Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae and Smilax glabra Roxb that reflux with 95%alcohol were studied about the growth of new micro-vessel. |
