Angelica Medicinal Quality Analysis

Angelica(Radix Angelica Sinensis) is the root of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels,which has been used as one of the traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) for more than 2000 years.It has been mostly used as one of the herbal ingredients in prescriptions of TCM to treat gynecological diseases.This thesis includes there parts:In the first part,the pharmacognosy identification,botanic origins,chemical constituents, pharmacological action and clinical treatment of Radix Angelica Sinensis have been summaried, and the paper has reviewed the recent application of fingerpoint chromatogram.The second part can be divided into five aspects:1 The fingerprint of Radix Angelica Sinensis has been studied by GC,HPLC and Oscillation. In order to control quality,three kinds of fingerprints were established.Under the selected conditions,We can both obtain 10 batches drugs in same and different areas.2 The method of determine the total phenolic acids has been established.The contents of the total phenolic acids in the effective fracions were determined by UV spectrophotometer.The preparative technics of effective fractions have been researched.Viaing absorption by macroporous resin and then refluxed with acetal,the amount of the total phenolic acids can attain 45.62%.3 The volatile constituents of Radix Angelica Sinensis has been studied by GC-MS.We can Compare the similarities and differences by SD,HS and SPME.As the results,there are differences in different methods of detection.4 HPLC-MS/MS method was studied to analysis chemical constitutes in effective fractions. The capable mechanisms of fragmentation were obtained and the possible structures were presumed.5 A method for detecting benzene series residues from D-101 macroreticular resin in Radix Angelica Sinensis extraction was established by Headspace GC.The third part:the summary of the former researches was made.
