Arrhythmia,which is a serious threat to human,health,is a kind of heart disease. Serious arrhythmia has become the leading cause of death.And the long-standing, effective treatment of arrhythmia is weak for Chinese medicine and integration of Chinese with Western medicine.Therefore this study is to research prevent and treat of Arrhythmia in integration of Chinese with Western medicine.Objectives:1.The establishment of coarctation abdominal aorta of rats model induced left ventricular remodeling,and study the pathological morphological characteristics of the model;observate the change.of collagenⅠ,Ⅲin this model.2.Study the coarctation abdominal aorta of rats model induced left ventricular remodeling electrophysiological characteristics.3.Research Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule and Fu zheng Hua yu Capsule's pharmacological effects to the coarctation abdominal aorta of rats model.Methods:1.With coarctation abdominal aorta rat animal model of ventricular remodeling.After the model of rat heart 5 weeks,application of echocardiography technology and pathology technology,for pathological study.Use image analysis method to semi-quantitative collagenⅠ,Ⅲof immunohistochemical.2.Use program-controlled electricity stimulate coarctation abdominal aorta rat ventricular remodeling model,observate the threshold of ventricular fibrillation in rats and duration of ventricular fibrillation.3.Amiodarone as a positive control anti-arrhythmic drugs,captopril as a positive control myocardial remodeling.Divided into eight groups of animals,the model group, sham-operated group,amiodarone group,amiodarone half the volume group,the captopril group,Song Yang Xin Group,Fuzheng Huayu Group and Western drug combination group,in accordance with dose equivalent conversion dosage conversion formula.After oral medicine for four weeks,to study the drug function for coarctation abdominal aorta rat model.By threshold of ventricular fibrillation and collagenⅠ,Ⅲexpression of the model.Results:1.After 5 weeks of.operation,coarctation abdominal aorta rat animal,model,inter -ventricular septum end-diastolic thickness(IVSTd),left ventricular wall thickness, decreased left ventricular cavity size,myocardial collagen increased,the heart / body weight ratio increased,collagenⅠ,Ⅲincreased,Ⅲ/Ⅰratio increases,compared with the sham-operated group there was a significant difference(P＜0.01).2.After 5 week of operation,coarctation abdominal aorta rat animal model ventricular fibrillation which in induced by programmed.The threshold of VF is decreased in the model group.The ventricular fibrillation time is prolong.Compared to sham-operated,There was significant difference(P＜0.01).3.The effects of this four kind of drugs on the coarctation abdominal aorta rat model animal in cardiac electrophysiological:(1) Amiodarone:increase ventricular remodeling rats threshold of ventricular fibrillation,shorten the recovery time of ventricular fibrillation,this difference compared to the model group has asignificant.
