In this paper,the main contents are about the research of biotransformation between synechocystis sp.PCC 6803 to 6-deoxypseudoanisatin and geniposide.The preparation of the medium can be improved,the algal species has been purified and the content curve of chlorophyll and algal cells can be measured in the filter sterilization method,flat line method,spectrophotometric method etc.,the law of algae growth is that the synechocystis 6803 goes into the logarithmic phase when the solution reaches 0.3-0.5 absorbance values,which provides a basis information and reference for the follow-up experiment on expansion and training for the system. After returning extraction,macroporous resin column preconcentration,separation and purification by silica gel column and examination by high performance liquid phase,24g geniposide can be received,which is iridoid glycoside and more than 90%purity.And the necessary methods for the study of the compounds are established,and a large number of prepared substances can be fully used in the repeatability experiment of the biotransformation.The conditions for the system to the substrate can be initially ascertained,concerning the cultivation of synechocystis 6803,the physical and chemical factors for the substrate stability of 6-deoxypseudoanisatin and geniposide and some related conditions of biotransformation studies.The results of the pre-experimental and experimental repeatability show that the 6-deoxypseudoanisatin can be transformed in parts by the the system in five days under certain conditions.By the means of thin-layer chromatography,HPLC,mass spectrometry techniques,the polarity of product is less than that of the substrate,and the the retention time is 28 min,and its molecular weight is 265,which is reduction of 17,and the structure may be like this,4-hydroxy has been removed,and 3-hydroxy changed into a carbonyl.Geniposide can be transformed into new substances in 25 days by the system of synechocystis 6803, and the product polarity is lower than the original substrate with the retention time of 28.7 minute by TLC,HPLC and other methods.Blue-green algae can be used as a new biotransformation system after the process of transformation between synechocystis 6803 to sesquiterpene lactone and iridoid glycoside,and the convert degrees vary with the two terpenoid material.The biotransformation conditions could be optimized within conditions of substrate conversion and product nature,and the structure and conversion course should be further studied follow-up experiment.
