Objective: To investigaite the safety and effectivecess of the rehabilitation therapy combining traditional Chinese and western medicine to surgered sufferers with the gastric cancer. Method: first, 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups, Group A who treated after surgery in Integrative Medicine rehabilitation treatment, Group B who treated in conventional treatment. Observation and statistical analysis differences of the incidence of complications the such as first exhaust, defecation time, early eating, nausea, vomiting, obstruction, anastomotic leakage,after treatment, nutrition,as well as physical and chemical examination days of hospitalization, and other parameters. Results: (1) After the first exhaust, defecation: B group began venting, defecation time was back in group A.(2) Eating: B Back in group A.(3) In postoperative complications : A group in obstruction, anastomotic fistula and other complications and no significant difference in group B (4) The nutritional status of patients: group A patients with hemoglobin circumstances are better than group B.(5) Days after hospitalization: A Group homes in the number of days was less than that in group B. Conclusion: Patients with early gastric cancer by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation therapy safe, effective and can reduce hospitalization time and speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
