Objective:Based on the amount of Hyp and pathologic slices of fibroblasts as the observation indicators,and by means of observing, judging and comparing the healing levels of injured ligaments,this thesis is aimed at unveiling the working mechanism of treating achilles tendon injury by electrothermic needle and passive exercise,through using the molecular biology theories and further illustrating the working mechanism of treating channels and sinew injuries by means of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Based on random sampling and comparison,24 Japanese rabbits were divided into the following 3 groups with 8 each:healing group with electrothermic needle and passive exercise,control group No.1 with only passive exercise and control group No.2 with natural healing.After the models were made,rabbits were left for therapy and were consequently killed 14 days later.Target rabbits were killed after 14 days of treatment respectively.Right after the killing,the previously-made ATI models were kept immediately.Then,1/2 of examples were respectively choiced from the three groups to make the pathologic slices of fabrics so that further study and comparison could be made on the healing level of the injured ligaments by means of statistical anaylisis.Surplus examples were used to measure the quantity of Hyp and have statistical anylysis. Results:1.The quantity of Hyp:a very distinct difference was found middle in the healing group with electrothermic needle and passive exercise,control group with passive exercise,control group with natural healing (P<0.01).an obsolete difference was found between control group with natural healing and control group with passive exercise(P>0.05).2.Pathologic slices indication of fibroblasts:a very distinct difference was found middle in the healing group with electrothermic needle and passive exercise,control group with passive exercise,control group with natural healing(P<0.01).an obsolete difference was found between control group with natural healing and control group with passive exercise(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.As demonstrated in this experiment:in the same time period, electrothermic needle treatment and passive exercise can obviously help the healing up of injured ATI,and the curative effect is better than passive exercise.2.This experiment indicated that the Hyp and Fb were higher in the healing group than control groups,it may be suggested that one kind of mechanism to promote healing of ATI is encouraged the CP growth.
