Objective Observe the effects of GDQ on influenza viral pneumonia of mice in anti-virus and mechanism of cytoimmunity.To supply theoretical and experimental proofs in further clinical research.Method Influenza viral pneumonia(FM1) models were established by lung-adapted in mice.Mice were treated with GDQ in high dose,middle dose and low dose for 5 days.Ribavirin and LHQW were used as positive control and blank drugs respectively.To observe effects from the following aspects:①Dead-protection effect;②lung index and inhibition ratio of lung index;③Pathomorphological variation of lung tissue;④Thymus and spleen index;⑤The content of cytokine IFN-γ,IL-10 in serum by ELISA;⑥T lymphocyte subgroup in paraffin section of spleen by SABC immunohistochemical method.Result①The mortality of mice descended obviously,lung index was significant lower than that in model group and pathological changes of specimen was relieved obviously.②There was increase of IFN-γ,IL-10 in mice's serum and CD4,CD4/ CD8 increased while CD8decreased in GDQ group.Conclusion GDQ has a good function of protecting infected mice though enhancing survival rate,increasing body weight and reducing inflammation pathology in the lung of FM1 infected mice.The mechanism of immunifaction function maybe is promoting cellular immunologic and anti-virus ability though increasing the level of T lymphocyte subgroup CD4 and CD4/CD8,decreasing CD8.On the other hand though promoting secrete of IFN-γ,IL-10 GDQ has showed a good anti-viral function to relieve symptoms.
