Salvia miltiorrhiza, Corydalis yanhusuo and Panax ginseng were extracted by 6 times of 70% ethanol for two times, each time for 2 hours. The ethanol extract was then concentrated till the density of which reached 1.10(60℃). The dregs of the five drugs mentioned above were then extracted with 6 times of water for two times, each time for 2 hours. Then the extract was incorporated together and high-speed centrifugalized, concentrated till the density of which reached 1.10 (60℃) . The extract was dried by spray, collect the powder, add theβ-cyclodextrin envelope, made into granulation, collect the granule, bagging.The progress was proved to be suitable for industrial mass production by enlarge test. The quality standard was established, and formulated the limits of the salvianolic acid B.TLC method was used to identify Salvia miltiorrhiza, Corydalis yanhusuo, Panax ginseng and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.. On the foundation of the controllability of the preparation, the stability was also studied. The research result shows: the preparation process of this preparation is reasonable and feasible, the quality is stable.
