Tongmai sustained-release tablet is a compound preparation with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Puerariae and Rhizoma Ligustici chuanxiong by sustained technique.It has the function of ploying the blood and smooth the pulse.It will be a new present system which plays the role of treating disease of arteriosclerosis,brain thrombus,brain lack of blood,coronary heart disease,angina and so on.With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, on the basis of abundant literature materials,in combination with the property of each ingredient in this prescription,we systematically studied Preparation process,Quality standard and Preliminary Stability by adopting the modern pharmacy research technology and according as the national drugs registration policing method.In the study of preparation craftwork,with the content of Taking the contents of Tanshinoneâ…¡_A,salvianolic acid B,Puerarin,asafetida acid and amount of dry extract cream as the evaluation indexes,the single factor test and orthogonal test was adopted,the gradient eluting extraction is used to extract the lipophilic part and the hydrophilic part of ds;the Macroporous Resin is used to purify and concentration Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Puerariae and Rhizoma Ligustici chuanxiong.In the preparation process,tongmai sustained-relesase table is prepared by the wet granule compression technique,we carry through moulding craftwork study about sustained-relesase preparation and quality synthesis evaluating study,we set up mensurate method of release in vitro and general item examination for the sustained-relesase table.In Quality standard research,TLC was adopted to distinguish Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Puerariae and Rhizoma Ligustici chuanxiong,HPLC method was adopted to measure the content of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in finished products.In Stability research,all the three samples of lab test met the request of Quality standard and were proved to be steady during the observation time of three months.The study shows that the preparation process is scientific,reasonable and practical.Moreover,the quality standard is controllable and the quality of the sample is steady as well.
