Xijiaodihuang Soup Of The Cd Treatment Of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

ObjectiveThis clinical research is to treat systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) with XiJiaoDiHuangRecipe(XJDH) and a little prednisone acetate tablets,to observe the clinical effection of SLE by TCM integrating with west medicine,in contrast with the clinical effection of SLE by west medicine, to observe the clinical effection of SLE by TCM integrating with west medicine,and research the dosage of west medicine, reduction of west medicine and the side-effects of west medicine,and offer clinical gist of SLE by TCM integrating with west medicine.MethodsSetting: the first hospital affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patiants/participants: The patients involved in the study were the successive inpatients and outpatients of the department of the medicine of the first hospital affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) form April, 2007 to July, 2007. The selected cases were those meeting the ARA criteria for SLE, 1997.The domestic currency grade standard table for SLE is adopted.Methods: the experiment group: XJDH with a little prednisone acetate tablets;the control group: prednisone acetate tablets with the capsule of the BAISHAO.ResultsThe effective rate of disease effect was 90.91%,36.36% respectively in the experiment group and the control group after 3 monthes treatment. The experiment group have obviously disease effects and effective rate of the disease effect than those of the control group(p<0.05). The effective rate of TCM symptom effect was 90.91%,45.5% respectively in the experiment group and the control group after 3 monthes. The experiment group got more obviously TCM symptom effect than those of the control group(p<0.05).In the main index of SLEDAI, the experiment group have obviously decrease in the main index of SLEDAI after 3 monthes treatment than those of the control group(p<0.05).In experiment guide line,the two groups are ameliorate in some aspects,but the experiment group have more obviously in increasing WBC,RBC, HGB and decreasing ESR,CRP than the control group(p<0.05).In reducing prednisone acetate tablets dosage,the gross of prednisone acetate tablets dosage the experiment group is obviously reduced compared with that of the control group. In alleviating the side-effects of west medicine, the syndrome, such as digestion dysfunction in the experiment group is infrequent compared with that in the control group. The contrast of the two groups is significative(P<0. 05).Conclusion1. The experiment group and the control group are both having the effect of the disease, but the former got more obviously effect than the latter.2. The experiment group have more prominent effect than the control group in some aspects,such as decreasing ESR,CRP, increasing WBC,RBC,HGB and reducing prednisone acetate tablets dosage.3. In alleviating the side-effects of west medicine, the syndrome, such as digestion dysfunction in the experiment group is infrequent compared with that in the control. The contrast of the two groups is significative.
