ObjectThe callus culture technique and biosynthesis pathway of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.By the way the anthraquinore active ingredients mixture was separated through silica gel.this methods separated emodin chrysophanol physcion..The main research object of the thesis is observing the impact of Swertia mussotii Franch which is extracted by alcohol on the mice's immunological liver injury,further evaluing its immune regulation effect of the decreasing aminotransferase,protection of heptocytes and providing the basis on immune pharmacology of further studying and exploring.Methodswe took model treatment,including fetching blood,killing the mice,extracting liver tissue,spleen,thymus,weighing and measuring the related indexes.Results①through silica gel.this methods separated emodin chrysophanol physcion..②organ index of every therapy group was better than that of model group (p<0.05),which prove that the extract of Swertia mussotii Franch can better the liver construction on histopathology.③ALT and AST of every therapy groups were obviously lower than that of model group(p<0.01),The result demonstrated that Swertia mussotii Franch can improve the liver function.④Percentage of IgG,IgA and IgM of every therapy groups were obviously lower than that of model group(p<0.01).The result prove that the extract of Swertia mussotii Franch can strengthen the B-cell immunity function of the mice and adjust the net of the B-cell immunity.Conclusion①From the point of normal clinical index,the Swertia mussotii Franch can protect mice from immunological liver injury and protect the function of liver.②Swertia mussotii Franch can strengthen humoral immunity of the mice which are immunological liver injury and adjust the net of the B-cell immunity.③The optimal dose group is the concentrated group in the middle of three therapy of Swertia mussotii Franch groups.
