Qiwei Safflower Sacred Powder On The Liver Injury

Objective:Research Qiwei safflower Shushen powder on the protective effect of liver injury.Methods and Result:This study is divided into three major groups: The first group of researchers Qiwei safflower Shushen powder on immune-liver injury protection.With high,medium and low doses of three different Qiwei safflower Shushen powder,the BCG/LPS induced liver damage in mice immunoglobulin of IgG,IgA and IgM content changes.The results compared with the model group,Qiwei safflower Shushen powder can be significantly decreased serum immunoglobulin levels(P＜0.05).Mouse liver tissue(optical microscope) observed that the liver cells pathological changes compared with the model group reduced significantly.Note Qiwei safflower Shushen powder on the BCG/LPS-induced immune liver injury has a protective effect.The second group of researchers Qiwei safflower Shushen powder on the protective effect of chemical liver injury.Similarly, the use of different doses of Qiwei safflower Shushen powder casual observation of CCL₄ chemical liver damage caused by serum ALT and AST activity of,but also by the observation of CCL₄ chemical liver damage in mice serum-free SOD activity and MDA and GSH level of results compared with the model group,with Qiwei safflower Shushen powder dose increase can be significantly decreased serum ALT and AST activity(P＜0.05),can increase the activity of SOD in serum(P＜0.05) and GSH levels(P＜0.05),reduced MDA levels(P＜0.05),mouse liver tissue(optical microscope) observed that the liver cells pathological changes compared with the model group also reduced significantly,the Qiwei safflower Shushen powder CCL₄-induced chemical liver injury in mice antioxidant capacity of organizations also have enhanced protection.The third group is the first two group on the basis of a preliminary study in rats Qiwei safflower Shushen powder acute hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury antioxidant research.Different doses of Qiwei safflower Shushen powder in serum MDA,SOD,GSH,and reperfusion group compared significant difference(P＜0.05),indicating that Qiwei safflower Shushen powder on rats with acute hepatic ischemia-reperfusion Injury antioxidant capacity has been enhanced with protection.Conclusion Qiwei safflower Shushen casual immune liver injury and chemical-induced liver injury in mice has a protective effect,rat hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury anti-lipid peroxidation also has a protective effect.
