Objective The purpose of this paper is to describe expression of ER,PR and ER/PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosisMethods The expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometriun (84cases) and eutopic endometrium(44cases)in endometriosis as well as normal endometrium(32cases) were detected by PV—9000 of immunohistochEMSistryResults The expression of ER₂ and PR and ER/PR ratio in ectopic endometrium were significantly lower than in eutopic and normal endometrium(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The expression of ER and PR and ER/PR ratio in eutopic endometriums were significantly higher in normal endometrium(P＜0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of ER,PR and ER/PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis could be relevant to the development and progress of endometriosis.
