Peony and licorice on the four traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastric injury in the disease have more significant effect.It is commonly used in clinical treatment of gastric diseases,often the use of prescription drugs.Alcohol used in this experiment resulted in rats with acute gastric injury model to study Chinese herbal compound on gastric CA2007 injury,from the pathological morphology,serology of nitric oxide (NO),serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) serological malondialdehyde(MDA) to prove and so on,to explore CA2007 to alcohol-induced acute gastric injury prevention and treatment.Objective:Through the establishment of acute ethanol-induced gastric injury in rat model to study traditional Chinese medicine compound CA2007 acute ethanol gastric injury prevention and treatment,and from the pathological and serological CA2007 and so on to explain the prevention and treatment of acute gastric injury in rats mechanism.Methods1.The preventive experiment:40 wistar rats of clean grade,male,weight 180±10 g, were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 respectively,for the normal group,control group,drug group and model group.In drug group,each group CA2007 daily gavaged CA2007,in the control group daily oral administration of drug control administration, the model group and normal saline administered to the same,7 days after gavage with 70%ethanol to prepare model.After the success of model 1h,rats were sacrificed; Treatment experiment:40 wistar rats of clean grade,male,weight 180±10g were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 respectively,for the normal group,control group, drug group and model group.Except the normal group,other groups were administered with 70%ethanol to prepare model,after for half an hour of the model;each group is given their drugs by using gastric lavage 6 hours after administration,rats were sacrificed.2.Determination of nitrate reductase with the serum and gastric tissue content of NO changes.3.The use of xanthine oxidase method to detect the serum and gastric tissue levels of SOD changes.4.Using TBA method to detect the serum and gastric tissue MDA content in the changes.Results:1.CA2007 preventive medicine given 5 days later,the gastric injury caused by ethanol, the situation has been improved.Compared with model group,ulcer damage significantly reduced.2.CA2007 medicine administration,the serum NO content than the model group significantly improved,an increase of the protective effect on the gastric mucosa.3.CA2007 after administration of Chinese medicine,serum SOD were significantly increased,enhancing the capacity of scavenging oxygen free radicals on gastric mucosal protection has played a good role.4.CA2007 Chinese administration,the serum MDA content reduced to reduce the role of gastric mucosal damage,as well as the role of the stomach of one of the mechanisms of protection.Conclusion:1.CA2007 Chinese medicine can improve the acute ethanol-induced gastric injury in rats,reducing the pathological damage in rat stomach.Gastric tissue damage in rats has some role in prevention,but also a very good therapeutic effect.2.CA2007 Chinese medicine's prevention and treatment of acute ethanol-induced gastric injury mechanism:CA2007 Chinese medicine can improve the serum and gastric tissue homogenate of NO,SOD content of the expression,as well as the impact of serum and MDA in gastric tissue homogenate of expression,which may be one of the mechanisms of CA2007's prevention and treatment for acute ethanol injury. |
