| The introduce of the masked symptom of heart was based on the clinic, to discover the patients with this problem, a long-term observation was performed. There were some people suffering from a disease without any evident symptoms and physical signs though the etiological factor had already affected the human body and pathological changes appearance in corpora. With the use of the modern medicine instrument, such as the examination of the blood, dejecture and secretion, the detection of abnormality abnormity became available. To aim directly at this problem the study of the rational and epidemiology was performed.This thesises selected the literature of the traditional Chinese medicine since the ancient time included Neijing. Among which there are plenty of treatment about physiology and pathology of the heart. In accordance with the point of TCM, the concept and category of the heart contains three kinds of different meaning: first it means the entrails, second the mind, last the cardiac system. It can be investigate the etiological factor and pathogenesis of the masked symptom of heart from the view of entrails differentiation of symptoms and signs. The abundant yang-qi is more important than yin-blood in maintaining the normal function of the heart and mind. Theories of "heart governs the blood" and "heart governs mind" can be use to discover the pathological mechanism. The first reason of the primary disease was deficient and weak YANG QI, followed the deficiency of heart-yang , pathogenetic condition may result in the imbalance of the yin and yang , qi and blood, and the stoppage of cold, phlegm, stagnant blood. Therefore the theory of yang qi and pneumatolysis proved to be scientific.Based on the theories of "heart governs the blood" and " heart governs mind", this study selected the followed items to investigate this disease: age, sex, body height, body weight, body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, fasting blood glucose, EKG(electrocardiogram), ultrasound, X-ray, B ultrasound , vascular ultrasound, Holter and angiocardiopathy family history, meal, physical activity. 753 healthy persons who were selected from the community participate the investigate. 312 persons were diagnosis with the masked symptom of heart, 441 were not. According to the correlation analysis, under the condition expertise, combined the output of SAS, 9 etiological factors were selected: age, vocation, education, unhealthy eating habit, eco-condition, alternation of the season, to drink tea, BMI and angiocardiopathy family history.Theoretical and epidemiological research confirmed the scientific connotation that heart governs blood, and the heart governs mind. Blood vessel runs normally due to normality of the yang-qi and the yin-blood. Deficient and weak YANG QI caused the abnormal of blood vessel function. Treatment of angiocardiopathy from the viewpoint of "heart governs the blood" and "heart governs mind" theories got satisfied effect. Therefore, the self-renovation and self-consummation of basic TCM theory should fall back on macroscopic theory and holistic conception of TCM combined with modern research achievement to direct clinic experience. |
