Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Network Loss Tcm

Objective: To investigate four groups of Chinese herbal medicines according to different rules:Yiqi, nourishing,Ziyin,Wenyang which impact on diabetic rat model of peripheral neuropathy serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity,thereby disprove early diabetic rat model of peripheral neuropathy TCM attributes.Methods:To inject Streptozotocin (STZ) of 53 mg/kg into the cavum abdominis of diabetic rat once to create the model of peripheral neuropathy.After modeling succeed medicine were randomly divided into groups:Yiqi medicine group,nourishing medicine group,Ziyin medicine group,Wenyang medicine group,model group and the normal group.The groups were given classical Chinese compound medicine:Sijunzitang,Siwutang,Liuweidihuang pills,Jinkuishenqi decoction. Following eight weeks,the rats were observed the impact of serum SOD,MDA and GSH-Px with a view to a better understanding the TCM attributes of the model wasting.Results:Compared with the normal group,there was a significant difference between the model group and the Chinese group's activity of serum SOD and GSH-Px decreased (P<0.01).Compared with the model group,there was a significant difference between Yiqi Chinese medicine group and the Ziyin group's activity of serum SOD and GSH-Px increased (P<0.01).Nourishing and Wenyang Chinese Medicines group's activity Of serum SOD has also increased,but it isn't statistically significance(P>0.05). Compared with the normal group,there were significant differences between the model group and the Chinese group in serum MDA content increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,Yiqi Ziyin Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group rats decreased serum MDA,which is significant different(P<0.01).Nourishing and Wenyang Chinese Medicines group's serum MDA also decreased,but that is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Taking all of groups, Yiqi Chinese medicine group and the ZiYin Group improve the early neuropathy of diabetic rat model significantly. Conclusion:From the oxidative stress study,we can see the rat model of early diabetic peripheral neuropathy is caused mainly by the Qi and Yin in regard to the TCM wasting.The wasting of the Yang and blood are not obvious.
