Aim: This study by avoiding experiments, damage to the basal ganglia, dopamine agonist injection established rat model of obsessive-compulsive disorder, observation of behavior change, the central serotonin and dopamine neurotransmitter activity, and to study acupuncture On the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder on the treatment mechanism. Methods: 70 healthy adult male rats through surgery SD model, step-through model, dopamine agonists (QNP) model of these three methods established rat model of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and were divided into seven groups:: control group , Operation group, surgery and acupuncture group, avoiding groups and avoid dark-plus group, QNP group, QNP-plus group. Electroacupuncture "100" green "Yintang" Point after the behavior test after death, using high-performance liquid - electrochemical detection of the central system of serotonin (5 - HT) and dopamine (DA) For testing. Results: Model, the two groups of rats to return home frequency, and the total distance movement was significantly more than the blank, visit the sites to reduce, reduce the time to return home. Central nervous system 5 - HT group higher than normal level, DA levels increased (P <0.05), electro-acupuncture intervention, 5-HT, DA in a model group has declined.Conclusions:1. This study observed that the rats by avoiding surgery model, dopamine agonist model behavior after the changes in the brain 5 - HT transmitter was increased, DA activity was significantly increased. Rats avoiding experiment, dopamine agonist model and the operation model is a better animal model of OCD.2. Acupuncture can improve the OCD of the changes in behaviour, reducing OCD rat brain 5 - HT activity, reducing DA content, and from the treatment perspective disprove the validity of the model of evaluation and provide a strong support.
