Clinical Research In Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, And Treatment Of Law Discussed

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is a common and mutiple disease.According to WHO,CAG which accompanied by gastric intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia were lesion precancerous of gastric cancer.It has become a focus and difficulty in digestive diseases research.This thesis summarizes the disease from the perspective of modern medicine's.classification,pathogenesis,pathology,diagnosis and treatment progress. Traditional medicine experiences on the etiology of this disease,pathogenesis, treatment by differentiation of syndromes etc are also be summarised.By do these,hope to find a better treatment perscription.In this thesis,we analyzed 101 cases of CAG,The results showed that the mainly pathogenesis include spleen Qi deficiency,blood stagnation,stomach Yin deficiency, stagnation of liver Qi etc,and the syndromes tend to be complexed and multiphase.This result is combined with the analyses of the therapeutic principles,herbs,syndromes,and try to find regularities.All these experiences will be helpful references in the diagnosis and treatment of CAG.
