Tiannian Granule is a compound preparation which consists of four Chinese herbs(Radix Astragali,Fructus Lycii,Rhizomes Plasmatic,Rhizomes Curcumae).It has the functions of nourish lungs and Spieen and kidney,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,using in treating dizziness,tinnitus,body limp,freguent micturition,short of breath and so on.Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese medicine theory,applying modern pharmaceutical technology and according to correlative regulations of patent traditional Chinese medicine,we systematically studied the Preparation process,Quality standard and Preliminary Stability.According to the function and property of chemical ingredients in this prescription,using orthogonal design method,the optimum progress was obtained: The Rhizoma Curcumae collect oil,volatile oil.Mix Rhizoma Curcumae which distilled with other Chinese herb,add 8 times water,distill 3 times,each times for 1 hours,filter,mix all the liquid,then separate by high speed centrifugal filter,condense decompress to the opposite density 1.08～1.12(60℃),dried by spray,collect the powder,add volatile oil and other stuffs,make granulation,collect the granule, bagging.The progress was proved to be suitable for industrial mass production by enlarge test.The quality standard was established,and formulate the limits of the content of astragalosideⅣ,contents at least 2.20mg astragalosideⅣper bag.Put Qihuang Granule at 18℃～24℃(tempratrue),45%～75%(RT),test it at 0,1,2,3 months.The preliminary stability test showed that the product was steady in the observation period of three months.Research result shows:the preparation process of this preparation is reasonable and feasible,the quality is stabilized.
