The finger print of Chinese medicinal materials is a valid means in identification and quality control. "TLC Fingerprinting Analysis Of Oviductus Ranae" was a part of method in quality control.it was also a complement of the available method. We constituted the common mode of Oviductus Ranae's TLC finger print. The studing on Oviductus Ranae of thin-layer chromatography complexion for different pole solvent, different extraction method, different visualizing reagent and differt developing solvent. It optimized 9 categories developing solvent from hurdred categories in order to set up differet source and different metropolis TLC of Oviductus Ranae. It use TLC to set up TLC fingerprint. It was collected 16 categories Oviductus Ranae samples. The system solvent extraction and Orthogonal experiment optimized the testing sample solution preparative method.Even-designed method optimized developing solvent composition. Using acetoacetate prepare the testing sample solution by ultrasomic extraction method. Solvent system included n-Hexane-acetone-glacial acetic acid(8:2:1),adopting the G thin layer plate was 5°C in the temperature, relative humidity for 65%, prepare to be under the condition of saturated 10 mins carry on launching two times. development distance 9 cm, phophosphoric acid test solution was as visualizing reagent, the result of getting was better.Method has been validated and found to be precision, repeatability, stability for relative peak height RSD<5%, similarity degrees within the acceptance limit (≥0.9), 11 kinds of different samples distinguished by relative peak height, similarity degrees,Rf.It was proved that the method which was convenient, rapid and reduplicate could be used to identify different samples of Oviductus Ranae. We would establish a sensitive and specific TLC method for the quantity control of Oviductus Ranae.
