Particle Treatment Of Liver Fibrosis In Liver Fibrinolytic Blood Stasis Network Card Of The Clinical Observation

[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Ganaxianrong Granule on liver protection and antifibrosis.[Methods]The patients with liver fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups (therapy group and control group).The therapy group(30 patients) were treated with Ganxianrong Granule,while the control group(30 patients) were treated with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet.The manifestation,hepatic function,serum markers of liver fibrosis of before and after treatment was observed.[Results]The effective rates were 86.67%and 73.33%respectively,there was a significantly difference in effective rate between the therapy group and control group (P＜0.05).It was also found that the degree of the improvement of manifestation,hepatic function,serum markers of liver fibrosis of the therapy group was higher than that of the control group significantly,and the therapeutic efficacy of the therapy group was better than that of the control group significantly(P＜0.05).[Conclusions]Ganxianrong Granule can protect hepatocyte,prevent the progress of hepatic fibrosis evidently,and it is worth considering as a promising Chinese material medica for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
