This thesis mainly described the study on the chemical constituents of the roots and stems of Chimonanthus praecox(L.) Link and Pyrola calliantha H.Andr,which distribute widely in Guizhou province.Eighteen compounds were obtained from the two plants by means of traditional phytochemical methods.Among them,the structures of thirteen compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis and physicochemical data,five of them were obtained from these plants for the first time.PartⅠ:from the roots and stems of Chimonanthus praecox(L.) Link,fifteen compounds were obtained and ten of them were identified as daucosterol(tkz-01), scopolin(tkz-02),n-tetratriacontane(tkz-03),β-sitosterol(tkz-04-1),scopoletin(tkz-05), isofraxidin(tkz-06),6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin(tkz-07),scoparone(tkz-08), tomenin(tkz-10),d-calycanthine(tkz-13),respectively,among which,n-tetratriacon-tane, isofraxidin,6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin,tomenin were obtained for the first time from Chimonanthus praecox(L.) Link.PartⅡ:from the petroleum ether extract of the whole plants of Pyrola calliantha H.Andr,three compounds were obtained and identified as daucosterol(ltc-01),β-sitosterol (lre-02),tripentacontan-27-one(lte-03),respectively,among which, tripentacontan-27-one was obtained for the first time from Pyrola calliantha H.
