The brain function research is one of important problems in all life science subjects ,the detection of electrical source in brain posses the important position in the research of the clinic, healing and cognition. In the study of EEG forward problem, the current dipole can be adopted to simulate the nerve sources in human brain. Human brain is regarded as anisotropy dielectric media, the electric potential produced by dipole is influenced by permittivity and conductivity of human brain. The potential distribution produced by dipoles in human brain was simulated by the finite element method. Inducing current dipoles sources the finite element equation in anisotropic dielectric media. Conclusion shows rationality of electrical characteristics in human brain. At the same time, shows that more information is given by electrical quality change of deeper organization is calculated.Based on theory of multipole expansion, the close solution of electric potential produced by a dipole source in three-layer concentric dielectric sphere model of head. These formulae may be used in the study of EEG to complete precise calculation of potential, and process of information transmission according to analyzing nonlinear dynamics...
