Pd And Chuanxiong Protoplast Preparation And Fusion Research

The study was intended to grope for conditions about Traditional Chinese Medicine plants cell fusion of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and Ligusticurn chuanxiong Hort with somatic cell hybrid technology.It may provide universal application possibilities for the protoplast fusion of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using one specific mixed enzyme solution to prepare for the protoplast of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and Ligusticurn chuanxiong Hort,then carrying on the integration with electro fusion.The above results showed that the targeted preparation and integration of protoplast can be effectively completed.It indicates that the research on these two kinds of medicinal plant protoplast's fusion may not only provide a theory and practice for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine germplasm resources,the improvement of varieties, optimization and the improved variety selective breeding,but will also grope a new way for the study of modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
