Colorectal Latest Research Progress And Tcm Treatment Of Evolution

The whole paper includes two parts: literature review and discussion.There're two literature reviews.One literature review is"The latest research development of the colorectal cancer from 2003 to 2008",it introduces the progress of the colorectal cancer's scientific and clinical researches which have been reported in domestic and foreign literature nearly for five years.The other one is"The Chinese traditional medicine treatment's evolution of colorectal cancer",it introduces the evolution of colorectal cancer's understanding from pre-Qin to the Ming and Qing Dynasties time and the development of the Chinese traditional medicine research and treatment in China from 1990 to 2008.Objective the progress of the colorectal cancer's scientific and clinical researches which have been reported nearly for five years abroad and the development of the Chinese traditional medicine research and treatment in China Methods 1.selecting 59 literatures(including literatures twice quotated) which have diagnosis and curative standard from CNKI.2. selecting 6 literatures from Lancet website which is a name of British authoritative medical magazine.Discussion 1 the difference between ovarian cyst and rectum polyp.2 the pathogenesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer in TCM from review of therapy of colorectal cancer.3 a hint from the research of prevention of colorectal cancer with aspirin.4 several existing problem about research of colorectal cancer with TCM therapy in China.Conclusion 1 the progress in molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer accelerates clinical application widespreadly, therapeutic approaches like surgery operation, chemotherapy, etc, are becoming more and more trustful for curing the disease, meanwhile, the emergence of new durgs targeting molecules strongly pulled the boundary of western medicine in therapy of colorectal cancer, which had maken prevention with drugs become the highlight in therapy of colorectal cancer.2 our research has revealed ovarian cyst and rectum polyp represent two significantly different disorders.3 there are still existing several problems in clinical research of colorectal cancer, both in therapy of TCM and western medicine.4 using the the theory of"stasis"and"toxicity"in TCM to explain the pathogenesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer.5 further clinical researches are still needed to evaluate the effect of Chinese materia medica which can promote blood circulation to remove stasis to prevent the occurance of colorectal cancer, replacing the aspirin.
