Meta-analysis Of The Evaluation Of Hypertension Non-drug Treatment

Objective:To synthetically evaluate the result of non-drug treatment for hypertension which includes stopping smoking,controlling avoirdupois,regulating food,athletic method and mental intervention.To provide for the basis of non-drug treatment for hypertension.Methods:Use a Chinese periodical full text database(CNKI),ChongQing WeiPu(VIP) Chinese science and technology periodical full text database,Wan Fang full text database of the science and technology periodical etc to inspect related Chinese full text,use Medline,EMBASE to inspect related English literatures.Generally collect the epidemiology literatures published domestic and overseas from 1997 to 2007 that reported on the methods of non-drug treatment including stopping smoking,controlling weight etc.Meta-analysis are processed using Review Manager 4.2 program,selecting fixed or random model based an the heterogeneity test.Sensitivity analysis is done to the results from different "including standers",he publication is evaluated by funnel plots.Results:This research's inspecting related literatures totally is 45,among them,Chinese is 42, English is 3.25 literatures are selected for Meta-analysis based on our including and excluding standers.The method of treatment which have the significant difference are an following:the comprehensive non-drug treatment,the treatment of mental intervention and athletic method, the combined-RR and 95%confidence region are separately an following:1.40(1.24,1.58), 1.28(1.16,1.41) and 1.17(1.09,1.26).According to the characters of the literatures,sensitivity analysis is carried out to different methods f non-drug treatment.The sensitivity analysis results are similar to the original results, which prove that the conclusion of this research work is stable and reliable.Funnel plots of "methods of non-drug treatment" is symmetrical measured by eyes,that means that the publication bias is under control.Conclusions:1,The foundation cured in the medicine up combine non-medicine comprehensive therapy or mental state intervention therapy or sport therapy treatment high blood pressure of the result surpasses pure medicine a treatment obviously,namely non-medicine comprehensive therapy,mental state intervention therapy,sport therapy treatment high blood pressure valid.2,Although because of cultural heritage less don't to control the weight,food regulate result of curing the high blood pressure to carry on Meta analysis,abroad more large-scale independent research result manifestation control the weight,food regulate the high blood pressure result of the method treatment to show.3,The sensitivity analyzes and announces sex to identify partially result enunciation,this Meta analysis result stability,credibility,the reality reflected a local and decade to come to nonmedicine method treatment high blood pressure result evaluation of Epidemiological research result.
