The Chinese herbal medicine is the Chinese nation's treasure and our national precious cultural heritage. In the Chinese national history of civilization for several thousand years, the traditional Chinese medicine played the tremendous roles for people's health. With the development of the modern science and technology, the separation level was enhanced, more and more effective components were separated from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine. The study of these effective components caused more and more academic scholars attention.The tonic herbal medicine can be benefit for our health and improve deficiency of vital energy symptom, to enhance organism activity function of the human body's internal organs and body, sharpens the disease-resistant. They are all had the ability of resisting to become fagged, antoxidation, resisting the inflammation, resisting the tumors, being able to bear oxygen deficit, delaying a senility , strengthening cellular immunity , promoting cell function of growth. Through the research of the tonic herbal medicine's effective component effect, we can judge the function of tonic herbal medicine's effective component and the optimum concentration, this study is basis to emploder the tonic Chinese herbal medicine's effective component.In this paper, the activity of the effective components from tonic Chinese herbal medicine were studied by microcalorimetry, the thermal power-time curves of the bacterial growth metabolism in the polysaccharide and the saponins were determined, through analyzes these growth metabolism power-time curve ,we can determine the effect and the optimum concentration of using these tonic herbal medicine's effective components.Main research content1 The extraction of the medicineThis experiment mainly extracted the active polysaccharide and saponins from the Lily bulb, Heterophylly Falsestarwort Root, commonyam rhizome and Jujube. Then separated them with using appropriate solvent, the filtration, the centrifugal methods and so on, obtains each tonic herbal medicine's polysaccharide and the saponins.2 The mensuration of the optimum promoting concentrationIn this experiment, the components were dissolved in water and acted on the E.coli and Lactobacillus acidophilus at 310.15K .The thermal power-time curves of bacterial metabolism were determined by TAM Air., then the curves were analyzed by using Logistic equation so that the growth rate constant of the bacteria in different concentration drugs can be obtained . The promoting activities of these medicines's component can be compared with each other and the optimum promoting concentration can be determined. The innovation of this paperThe tonic herbal medicines can improve the feeble phenomenon of organism. But there does not have an easy and good method to judge the effect of the tonic herb's effective components, how many drugs should we eat. In this paper, by using the Microcalorimetry, we investigated the effect of the effective components and obtained the optimum promoting concentration. It can provide a theoretical basis of selecting the effective components from the tonic herbal medicine and judging the reasonable using scope.
