With the deep research of preclinical medicine, the application of Hi-Tech and computer in the field of experimental methods and medical detection instruments wins swift development and popularizes in clinical labs gradually. In the field of blood testing, blood cell counter plays an important role in the clinical practice【36】.Currently the technology of blood cell analyzer in our country has made much progress,and three-part differential technology has grown up.Additionally, the five-part differential blood cell analyzer has been developed by Mairui Company. However, the accuracy and stability of national instruments are weaker than those abroad.This is a goal which I will reach. Although I spent certain time studying the systemic structure of blood cell analyzer, the point stressed more is details of key technologies in order to find out the special ways of enhancing the testing precision.Through researching on prototypes of different types, and comparing various kinds of clinical methods of inspection,choosing to carry on the cell counter based on Coulter's principle. Then outline circuit diagrams of various units based on the basic principle. According to circuit diagrams, put up the experiment environment and set up the experimental model. Then based on the distribution of cell grain-size, learn to utilize anti-interference technology in order to guarantee that the blood cell counter counts accurately, and learn to apply monolithic, microelectronic technologies and new electronic materials to carry out miniaturized researches, in which utilize the Multisim simulation to help the choice of testing unit circuits and parameters of electronic materials, and enhance the precision of results through making use of Matlab curve fitting.There are two points of harvest in the research of this project.Firstly, replacing experimental circuits with computer simulations may greatly reduce the work load in the validation stage of the project,which provides the circuit debugging with the reference data.Secondly, the special ways of enhancing the testing precision which based on the traditional impedance principle has been discovered.
