From Bile Loss Of Chiang Kai-shek "clinical Research On The Treatment Of Aging Anxiety Neurosis

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and the role of TCM in treating the old age anxiety neurosis through the conclusion and the follow-up to the past treatment,the aim of this subject is discussing the effect mechanism "losing Zhong Zheng from the gallbladder" starting curing the old age anxiety neurosis,providing a basis to further clinical extension.Methods1 Clinical data:The topic adopts the single-blinded randomized controlled trial.The cases are selected from 2006.5-2008.2 out-patient cured in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 standard clinical cases were divided into 2 groups at random,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.2 Medicine usage:The cases in treatment group use Huanglian Wendan Tang,at every time 180 ml,twice daily;The cases in control group use Deanxit,at every time 0.105g,take it every morning.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.3 Observational index:To observe the Security index at curing front,curing 4 weeks and curing 6 weeks;To observe the score of HAMA,curative effect of Chinese Medicine at curing front,curing 2 weeks,curing 4 weeks and curing 6 weeks.4 Statistical method:after 6 weeks,we analyze the data,the count materials are examined with x~2,the materials are examined with t-text and the grade materials with Ridit.All data are used SPSS for windows 13.0 analyzed statistically.Results1 The score of HAMA of both 2 groups:The effects in treated group are better than that of the contrast group.2 The analysis of curative effect:The score of HAMA of both 2 groups after therapy decreased significantly(p＜0.05).After 4 weeks,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of comparative group was 70.00%.The effect between 2 groups had significant difference(p＜0.05).After 6 weeks,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of comparative group was 90.00%.The effect between 2 groups had no significant difference.3 The effective of the TCM symptoms integral calculus:The effects in treated group are better than that of the contrast group.4 The curative effect of Chinese Medicine:The effects in treated group are better than that of the contrast group.5 Drug safety analysis:the two groups were no obvious Abnormal,Behaviour curing the indisposed,light stomach gastral cavity degree diarrhoea curing a group after 6 cycles having 3 examples to appear after the patient taking medicine,these symptoms disappear course reducing by amounts,being allotted many times or being taking after meal.ConclusionThe therapy starts with "loseing Zhong Zheng from the gallbladder" and uses the Huanglian Wendan Tang to cure with,has a satisfactory curative effect.Contrast from the scores of HAMA of both 2 groups,the analysis of curative effect,the effective of the TCM symptoms integral calculus,the curative effect of Chinese Medicine and the side-effect to the patients' bodies,both prove that the effects in treated group are better than that of the contrast group.
