Objection: observation on clinical effect of combination of manipulation and distraction in treatment of CSAMethod: 60 cases were collected randomly. In the treatment group, 30cases were treated with combination of Dingshi manipulation and cervical distraction, in the control group, 30 cases were treated as tuinaology(5) . After 3 durations (10 times of treatment as one duration), rheoencephalography will be done to check clinical effect.Result: after 3 durations, the clinical effect in treatment group is better than that in control group, with the indication of improved cervical X-ray and rheoencephalography.Conclusion: Dingshi manipulation has an obvious effect on CSA, which should be applied extensively...
