The Chemical Composition Of The Gland Stem Swine Siegesbeckiae

Herba Siegesbeckiae as one of widely using Chinese crude drug registered in xin xiu ben cao at the Tang Dynasty.Siegesbeckia orientalis L,Siegesbeckia pubescens M.,Siegesbeckia glabrescens M.belong to Compositae,which are recorded in the Chinese Phaemacopoeia(2005).They are described as remanding beriberoid disease,smoothing joint movement,detoxification and so on..It has the depressurization,relaxing blood vessel,immunosuppression and antifertility activities in recent pharmacological research.The author has investigated the chemical constituents of Siegesbeckia pubescens L.In this thesis,the chemical constituents of the extracts with 95%ethanol-water from Siegesbeckia pubescens M.were studied,14 compounds were isolated with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS,etc.On the basis of analysis with NMR,MS data and measuring of physic-chemical characters,the chemical structures of 14 compounds were elucidated as 5-aminopyrazin-2(1H)-one-N-β-riboside(1),uracil(2),quercetin(3),kirenol(4),ursolicacid (5),succinic acid(6),1-Monopalmitin(7),syringaldehyde(8),ergosterol peroxide(9), stigmast-4-en-3-one(10),stigmasterol(11),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),β-sitosterol(13),daucosterol(14).Among them,compound 1 was a new compound isolated from Siegesbeckia pubescens M.and compounds 2,5,9,10 and 12 were isolated for the first time from Siegesbeckia pubescens M.
