Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is a common gynecology disease to adolescence girl which given them serious effect on normal lives and studies ,even effecting their psychology. Recent research show that the spasm of the uterus because of anoxemic result in increase the dysmenorrhea symptom. The purpose of this article is to study the relation of the aerobic exercise and primary dysmenorrhea. 60 patients on PD are divided into three groups by random. A group (no-exercise group), B group (systemic-exercise) , C group (local-exercise group). 10 normal girls were choosen by random as no-dysmenorrhea group. After 12 weeks moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, the variation of the dysmenorrhen grade and uterus artery A/B,RI,PI indexs of each groups would be observed. The result show, befor the exercise, the indexs of each groups is statistic significance (P<0.05) to the no-dysmenorrhea group. After exercise, the indexs of B and C groups is statistic significance to A group(P<0.05), but no significant deference between B and C group(P<0.05). The result of the dysmenorrhea grade show, the total effective rate of aerobic exercise to PD is 92.3%, the effection of C group is higher than B group. The conclusion of this study is, aerobic exercise has good effect to dysmenorrhea, both systemic-exercise and local-exercise can improve the uterus blood flow well ,so as to relax dysmenorrhen, but local-exercise relief dysmenorrhea symptom better. This article apply powerful basis for treating PD by exercise prescription.
