Clinical Observations, In Traditional Chinese Medicine Triple Therapy, The Liver Qi Stagnation Salpingitis Infertility

ObjectiveWe used comprehensive treatment to treat fallopian tube inflammatory (Liver Qistagnation type). At the same time, we observed the clinical effect and provided scientific basisfor comprehensive treatment's applications in clinic.Methods137 patients with fallopian tube inflammatory were included in the study. According totherapy, they were divided into two groups: comprehensive treatment group which contained87 cases and Chinese medicine treatment group which contained 50 cases. Throughsummarizing and comparing to Chinese medicine treatment, we could observe the result ofcomprehensive treatment about clinical curative effect.ObservationsThe pregnancy rate; the changes of the symptom, tongue and pulse; the medicalexamination of female: Including the pelvis was checked and vulva inspection; ultrasonic waschecked: uterus and uterine adnexa.Treatment and observation MethodsTreatment group: Took the traditional Chinese medicine, the external application oftraditional Chinese medicine and the Chinese medicine keeps enema.Control group: Took the traditional Chinese medicine.Statistics methodsMetric material adapted to U examination. Count material adapted X~2 examination andgrade material adapted to analysis with Ridit.Results1 The pregnancy rate of treatment group was 67.82%, and the control group was 28%. Theclinical efficient rate was 88.51%, and the control group was 62%. There were significantdifferences(P＜0.01).2 There were significant differences in the symptom-sign(P＜0.05). The treatment group was89.66%, while the control group was 62%. The treatment group was superior to the controlgroup.3 Two groups of medicines could improve part sign. There was a significant difference amongthe tubal obstructive. On the one hand, Specimen was short. On the other hand, there was no difference in two groups.4. Two groups of medicines could improve the symptom. The treatment group was superior tothe control group in abdomen pain, pain in the waist region and catemenia misadjustment.While there was no significant differences in the abdominal pain in menses, irregularmenstruation, irregular leukorrhea.5 The result of study indicates that the age had not obviously influenced curative effect. Whileconclusion the course of disease had obviously influenced curative effect. The short the course,the better the effect.ConclusionsComprehensive treatment could effectively treat fallopian tubal inflammatory, and it wasworth using in the clinic.
